Quartiere (pronounced kwa-ti-eeray) translates literally to neighborhood. We aim to be THE neighborhood place for great food in a charming environment, but most importantly, we want to offer the best hospitality possible. Our mantra is everyone leaves happy. Of course, we recognize that is a high aspiration and it's not always possible, but we'll do our damnedest to try.
We are incredibly proud of our food and handcrafted cocktails. Our pizza dough is made daily from a blend of imported Italian flours, fresh yeast, water and salt (none of the unnecessary stuff like oils or sugars). We mix it in an Italian mixer then it proofs for at least 24 hours. It's hard work, but worth it. We even have an insanely good gluten-free dough.
We make our own fresh pasta on site daily (we'll even sell it to you by the lb to take home and cook should you wish). In essence, we are proud of our scratch kitchen: from the salad dressings to the meatballs to the soups. Made in-house is just better!
Our mixologists create some crazy good drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), so swing by, raise your glass and say cin cin!
We term it 'Elevated Casual'. What do we mean by that? Well, we are a casual food restaurant, we sell our delicious food at super-affordable prices but you get to dine in a very elegant setting that wouldn't be out of place in a Manhattan neighborhood.
